Recruitment Proccess
 

We will interview you in your own country to establish your level of English and suitability for the position.

We will give you a job description and all relevant information about the job you are being recruited to.

We will ensure that you have your full employment contract before you leave your home country.

Your travel will be arranged and paid for by Nursing Needs. This will usually be a flight to the UK and taxi from the airport to your new location.

We will supply you with information about living and working in UK before departure in order to make your transition to your new position as smooth as possible.

We are always available for help and advice after your placement.
